FAQs

1. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the US. All items are shipped within 2 business days, most being the same day of purchase. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. 

~Personalized Jewelry-Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as items are custom made.

2. How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards through Shopify and Paypal. All prices listed are in Canadian dollar. You can use our convenient currency selector at the top of our home page.

3. Compatibility of silver charms

All of our 925 sterling silver charms are compatible with all popular brands . All of our silver jewelry is hallmarked with the 925 stamp. We guarantee our jewelry is made with top 92.5 Sterling Silver.

All jewelry states the materials used.

4. Return/Exchange policy 

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if an item is defective or if  you have received the wrong item.
All return merchandise must be in their original condition and appearance. To return an item please send us an e mail .

Return/Exchange Procedure
To return merchandise, please contact us with the following information:
  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Item Number
  • Date of Order
  • Indicate whether you want to return or exchange

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at expression-jewelry@outlook.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at expression-jewelry@outlook.com 

5. What are the Charms and Jewelry made of?
All products listed clearly state the material used. Jewelry is  925 Sterling Silver and will be stamped. Each item will state the exact material used.
6. Privacy
Will my personal information be shared?
Absolutely not, we value your privacy and will never share your information with third parties. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions listed in the footer of this website.
7. Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes we value your security,  orders are processed through Paypal or Shopify so your information is always protected.
